Howard Blake is no stranger to the business world. Having served as Executive Director and CEO for multiple businesses across a variety of sectors, and 16 start-ups under his belt, Howard is a successful and respected entrepreneur. Howard has a passion for helping businesses harness the power of the digital realm and leveraging this to take to the global stage.
For over 3 decades he has pioneered and developed the South African BPO (business process outsourcing) industry, the country’s largest consumer database and platforms for consumer engagement. Along the way one of the enterprises that started with just himself and his typewriter, grew to a business that now employs over 3000 people. Howard also pioneered the free Wi-Fi networks that have become commonplace in South Africa.
In 2018 Howard’s focus moved from the operational aspects of his businesses, to share the wealth of knowledge acquired in the digital world along with all the prior 38 years legacy experience. All the new opportunities have been created through the convergence of data and digital empowerment.

Graham Stephen has extensive experience in Fintech businesses, Retail Banking, Credit and Retail Credit and general business management and strategy. After qualifying as a CA(SA), Graham spent 10 years working in numerous roles in listed banking institutions in Johannesburg, earning a reputation as a go-to guy for solving large and complex problems.
Seeking a change in career and lifestyle direction, Graham moved to Cape Town in 2013, joining a fledgeling financial services start-up focusing on financial inclusion in East and West Africa in both the consumer and SME spaces, successfully developing and incubating 2 Fintech businesses. Thereafter, he focused his energies on the turn-around of a South African based Fintech, before joining a global personal finance firm as a commercial executive and business development partner for their South African operations.
In 2019, Graham joined forces with Howard Blake to fulfil their shared mission of leveraging their combined experience to help guide businesses through transitions into the digital space and build measurable growth by bolstering their legacy assets.
